Carbone Pet Products was founded in the heart of Tuscan manufacturing, near the village of Vinci, as a family-run company specialized in padded textiles for the pet sector.

For over 40 years, we have combined artisanal expertise with industrial capability, developing private label collections for partners in retail, design, fashion and hospitality. Our expertise is rooted in a sartorial culture of craftsmanship, reinterpreted through a modern and flexible production structure.

We design and manufacture entirely in Italy, controlling every stage of the process: from material research and prototyping to production and final quality control.

With a lean and specialized structure, we produce over 10,000 pieces per day, ensuring rapid product development, scalable production and consistently high quality standards.

Today, Carbone partners with numerous European brands in the development of custom collections. We do not simply produce pet beds and accessories: we create coordinated collections designed to integrate naturally into contemporary living spaces, transforming pet products into true home design elements.
