The digital transformation project was aimed at improving operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and support for decision-making processes. The company optimized data collection and management by implementing Big Data Analytics solutions and management dashboards to monitor economic, financial, and operational performance. The analysis of digital marketing and e-commerce data contributed to enhancing the effectiveness of commercial strategies and customer loyalty initiatives.

At the same time, cybersecurity systems were strengthened through specialized consultancy, policy reviews, security testing, and remediation actions, reducing cyber risks and improving business continuity. The project also included the assessment of Industrial IoT solutions for tracking, monitoring, and integration with production systems in an Industry 4.0 perspective, fostering the development of strategic skills and innovative solutions.

Finally, initiatives related to corporate welfare and governance were introduced, integrating technological innovation with the enhancement of human resources to build a modern, competitive, and sustainable business model.
